What is data handling?
Data is a collection of numbers gathered to give some information. To get a particular information from the given data quickly, the data can be arranged in a tabular form using tally marks.
Data handling can be done by various methods:
(a)Tally charts: A tally chart is a simple way of counting frequencies.
(b) Pictograph: A pictograph represents data in the form of pictures, objects or parts of objects.
(c) Bar charts: It is used to show the frequency of particular data. The height of the bar represents the frequency.
