$\frac{1-{{\tan }^{2}}\,\,{{45}^{0}}}{1+{{\tan }^{2}}\,\,{{45}^{0}}}=\frac{1-1}{1+1}=\frac{0}{2}=0$

Justification,

when   A=00,

sin 2A = sin (2 × 00) = 0

And, 2 sin A = 2 sin 00 = (2 × 0) = 0

⇒   sin 2A = 2 sin A, when A=0
